Quality Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ALUFEMA\u00ae <\/sup>establishes this Quality Policy as a formal commitment to the excellence of its services and the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties.<\/p>

Within the scope of its Quality Management System, the organisation commits to:<\/p>

Ensuring that this Policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation, supporting its strategic direction and contributing to the achievement of defined objectives.<\/p>

Consistently understanding and satisfying customer requirements, as well as applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements, promoting trust and sustainable value creation.<\/p>

Promoting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System\u2019s effectiveness through performance monitoring, results analysis, risk and opportunity management, and the implementation of improvement actions.<\/p>

Adopting process-oriented management by ensuring their identification, control, and improvement, while integrating risk-based thinking into decision-making.<\/p>

Ensuring the competence, awareness, and involvement of employees, fostering an organisational culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.<\/p>

Developing cooperative relationships with suppliers and partners, promoting their evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure the quality of products and services supplied.<\/p>
